I want a new theme for my blog. This site runs Wordpress 2.7. So please link your recommendations in the comments. I’d like something simple and clean but a little more pleasing to the eye than this current theme.

I’ve been flipping through the different ones on the Wordpress site, but there is so many and I have no zero skills when it comes to what looks good and what doesn’t; I like Christmas colors if that tells you anything.

    Something about it. It is easy to read, simple, clean, and displays really well on the iPhone and G1.

    I find it a bit awkward that you are running a blog dedicated to Python and not using Python software for it, not that it’s a bad thing.

    I’ve not really found a Python blogging solution that is as feature rich or easy to use as Wordpress. Wordpress can be installed on pretty much any shared hosting server in a matter of seconds, in fact most have one-click installations for it. My projects happen to be Python, unless I have a practical reason to use a different language, but it doesn’t mean that all the software that powers my every day from Wordpress, to Mac OS X, to my Twitter client has to be Python.
